These terms and conditions (the ”Agreement”) outlines the rules and regulations for the use of yourpaperstory.com website (the ”Website”) and the services (”Services) available at the Website. The Website and the Services are owned and operated by Studio Silfverqvist AB (”We”, ”Your Paper Story”, ”Our”), VAT SE559203311101, a company incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden.
Your Paper Story offers personalized prints and artwork (”Products”) to customers (”Costumers”, ”You”). By accessing the Website and the use of any of the Services offered at the Website you the Customer accept the Agreement and other rules or policies published on the Website. Do not continue to use the Website if you do not accept the Agreement.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Customer Representations
1.1 By using the Site, you the Customer represent and warrant that:
(1) all information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
(5) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise;
(7) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
(8) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
(9) when placing an order, you are legally entitled to use the means of payment and, in case of card payment, you are the the legal cardholder or have the permission from the legal cardholder to use the card to effect the payment.
Products
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
Returns And The Right To Withdrawal
If a Product is damaged or subject to error, Your Paper Story will replace the erroneous Product. Any request for replacement must be issued to Your Paper Story by email to hello@yourpaperstory.se within 14 days of placed order. Your Paper Story is not responsible for errors pertaining to information submitted by the Customer.
Since the Products are customized for the Customer there is no right of withdrawal of the Product after the order has been placed.
Shipping
We use different shipping carriers depending on the location of the Customer. Delivery time is usually 3-5 days from the time your order is confirmed by us. We will do our best in advising the Customer of any known delay in delivery.
When placing an order on the Site you are responsible for providing us with your correct address, email and phone number. Your Paper Story will not be held responsible for a missed or erroneous delivery pertaining to the information you have provided to us.
Sales tax and custom duties
For Customers located within the European Union sales tax is included in the price of the Products. Customers located outside the European Union are responsible for paying applicable sales tax, and may also be subjected to pay custom duties. Your Paper Story will not be held responsible for any such added sales tax or custom duties.
Modifications And Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Your Paper Story harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
Governing Law
This Agreement and your use of the Site are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
Contracts for the purchase of Products through the Site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) must be resolved by a court located in Sweden.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Agreement or its formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
Personal Data
By using the Site you accept the use of cookies on the Site and approve that Your Paper Story will store and utilize some personal data about the Customer to optimize the Site and our services and to process and deliver the Products to our Customers.
