How do I order personalized poster art?

All of our posters and prints can be personalized through the design tools we provide in our shop, and you immediately get a preview of your print. Should you experience technical issues or have questions on how to order, please contact us at hello@yourpaperstory.com

Do you check the orders before they are printed?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. That’s why we check all orders before sending them to production. We cannot be liable for language and misspellings on your part but if we find obvious visual flaws or misspelling we will contact you.

What is the shipping cost?

All of our products are always shipped for free.

How are the posters delivered?

We use different carriers depending on where you are located. The delivery time is usually 3-5 days from the time your order is confirmed. You will receive a tracking code if the carrier provide it through their service. In case of delay we will do our best to keep you informed.

Where are the products made?

We use several printing houses and the products are always printed and shipped at the one closest to your location to reduce our carbon footprint.

On what type of paper are the products printed?

All products are printed on premium quality paper. Read more on the specifications under each product.

How do I make a product complaint?

Should you receive a damaged product or a product lacking in expected quality, you can make a complaint within a week of delivery. Send your complaint to hello@yourpaperstory.com and attach images of the damaged product. We will replace the erroneous product with a new.

Do you make custom designed prints?

We have a long experience of designing and creating art work and prints. Contact us at hello@yourpaperstory.com if you are looking for something you can’t find in our shop.

Do I have the right of withdrawal?

Since our products are custom-made for each customer you don’t have the right of withdrawal.

How do I pay for my order?

We offer two secure and easy payment options: PayPal and Svea Webpay.
